John Bunting - Long Buckby
Authored by: Jerry Green on 09:37PM BST - Thursday, 12 June 2008
John Bunting of Long Buckby, clockmaker, made his will on 6 Oct 1788 and his will was proved 9 Jan 1792. He left absolutely everything he had to his housekeeper, Elizabeth Clark. This included three tenements or dwellings with tenants. He makes no reference to any wife or family so I assume he died with no descendants, but; he does call himself John Bunting the elder.
