Dear Yvonne,

Thank you for the information you found. I have alerted our Record Keeper, Mary Rix, to your entry.

Have you joined the Society yet? What is your own connection with the family name?

Dear Michael

I have been a member for many years although BUNTING isn't one of my main lines of research.  My great great grandmother on my father's side was Eliza BUNTING from Selby in Yorkshire. She was baptised on 9.4.1827 in Leeds, the daughter of Joseph BUNTING and Elizabeth GIBSON, and married George DRURY on 29.8.1852 in Selby Abbey.

I've never managed to connect my BUNTINGs to any of the ones in the trees in the magazine.

I think I met you at the Yorkshire FH Fair last year at the Knavesmire and introduced myself.

Yvonne Clarke (née DRURY)
