Buntings of Old Buckenham, Norfolk

I have traced my FH back to John Bunting b.1756 Old Buckenham and his wife Hannah Mashb. 1767 Old Buckenham.  The frustrating thisn is that I cannot get any further back.  One of the children William was my G G G Grandfather and his marriae is recorded as being to Martha Brickham? and he is recorded as 'Bunton' later though his name is recorded as Bunting on census.  He was an owner of property and his son David was a farmer in Walsham le Willows (suffolk). I desperatel want to get back further and wonder if you have any relevent info.
