Hello - I, too have only recently joined the society. I know very little about my family tree, but have been made aware that my grandfather, John Bunting, had links to Derbyshire, around 1950.
He and my grandmother moved to Fleetwood where she ran the Broadway Post Office. Their only son, my father Henry, took over the running of the post office and ran it until his retirement, some 12 years ago.

The only John I have recorded in my family for about this date id my uncle John James Bunting, and he was in the Leicester area all his life.
