Charles Bunting (1812-1890) was the son of William Bunting of Sedgeford (1777-1857) and Eleanor Hammant (1789-1846). William's father was Thomas Bunting of Heacham (1738-1813) who married Jane Hall in Sedgeford on 13 April 1769. Thomas was the son of John Bunting (1710-1777 and his mother was Mary Rose. John was the son of Charles Bunting who was born in Gayton Thorpe in 1671 and who married Alice Aggs in Gayton Thorpe in 1706. I believe Charles parents were probably William Bunting and Elizabeth Ormes who married in Gayton Thorpe in 1670.
